In order to do your application electronically you agree to receive disclosures, notices, and other important information by Electronic delivery.
To start the loan application process you may do one of the following: *
- Call us at (480) 596-5151 or 1-800-910-1937 to help you with the application process
- Fill out our Complete Application Form. This is highly recommended if you are ready to apply. This process will take 5-15 minutes. You will have the option of saving your application at any time and returning to it later if you wish.
After you fill out the preliminary application, wait approximately 15 minutes and call us for an oral interview. The purpose of this is to go over the application, make sure we understand it and that it is complete. This process takes normally less than five minutes.
By the following day a complete loan application will be emailed to you. There is nothing to fill out but we do require your signatures on all of the forms.
The application kit will contain a good faith estimate, truth in lending form, privacy notice and a list of the items we will need in order to start the processing of your loan.
Once we receive your signed application and all requested exhibits, we will consider your application complete and start the processing of your loan.
Purchases may lock at completion of the oral interview.
Refinances may lock at the return of the completed application to our office.
Our rates are updated on our web site daily at approximately 1:00 PM and those rates are good until 5:00 PM.
* Please Note: Your application will not be considered complete until Hart West Financial Inc. recieves a signed loan application with all exhibits that were requested.
